This service is perfect for families with children ages 4 months to 6 years who are struggling with night waking, early morning waking, nap trouble, needing to be rocked or fed to sleep, resisting bedtime... or all of the above! This level of support is great for those who want to take any and all guess-work out of the process. With daily support, directly from me, while you implement your plan, you'll have an allied professional with you the entire way! Most families see amazing results within just a few nights, and are able to meet or exceed their sleep goals within two weeks of working together!

What you can expect:

    • I'll review your Intake Form to understand where your child's at and what your specific sleep goals are. 
    • We'll talk via phone calls, email, text (whatever you prefer) to discuss your intake form and various sleep strategies - we’ll find what suits your family best! 
    • I'll create a customized, easy-to-reference written sleep plan that typically includes:
      • How to manage making difficult sleep changes.
      • Methods tailored to your preferences.
      • A nap schedule for success.
      • How to use sleepy cues to time sleep perfectly.

Let me know what's going on, and we'll schedule a 1:1 call to discuss strategies and recommendations.
